Salesforce​

Intealth’s Salesforce implementation leverages several products to deliver services across the organization.

Salesforce Products / Services​

  • Salesforce Service Cloud — Case Management (used by case workers at Intealth)
  • Salesforce Community Cloud — Applicant Services
  • Salesforce Community Cloud — Entity Services
  • Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP) — Household accounts, fundraising, etc.
  • MuleSoft — Integration between Salesforce and other platforms
  • Tableau — Reporting and analytics
  • Heroku PostgreSQL — Relational database functionality

3rd Party Integrations​

  • PDFTron — PDF handling in browser (annotations, merges, etc.)
  • Accounting Seed — General ledger + Great Plains integration
  • Kofax Capture — Document scanning

Modern Apps​

The Modern Apps Team (also known as the Connected Apps Team) builds solutions that cannot be implemented on the Salesforce platform.
