MIDUS (Medical Institution Document Upload Service)
The ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) introduced MIDUS as a service to allow international medical schools to send certain documents, such as medical school transcripts and the Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE), directly to the EFDO on behalf of their students and graduates.
Main Functions

MIDUS provides a secure and efficient method for international medical schools to submit electronic documents to the EFDO.

Using MIDUS ensures that documents from international medical schools meet EFDO requirements and are readily available for inclusion in the ERAS application.
